In general

Økotopen provides a subscription based online service at www.okotopen.dk. The terms apply between the individual user and Økotopen.

These terms and conditions of use apply to agreements between Økotopen and one natural person (hereinafter “the User”) regarding the Service. Only persons who are 18 years or older and live in Denmark can enter into an agreement with Økotopen regarding the Service.

These Terms together constitute the agreement in force between the User and Økotopen.

To access the Service, the User must read and accept the terms and conditions.

The scope of the service

The service gives the User access to Økotopen’s services determined when ordering.

Registration and user access

The user is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct at the time of registration. Upon registration, the User may only provide information regarding their own payment and credit cards.

When registering, the User must enter a username and password (hereinafter “Login Information”). User Login Information is personal and may not be used by others unless otherwise stated on the product.

The user must keep the Login Information in a safe place so that others cannot gain unauthorized access to it. The user is responsible for all use of his user account.

If the User suspects illegal use of the User’s Login Information, the User must immediately notify Økotopen and change his password.

Fees and Payment

Fees for use of the Service must be paid in accordance with the price list in force at any given time, which is available on the website.

Payment for the subscription is made in advance each month.

The user must make the payment for the subscription via the means of payment offered by Økotopen on the website. The user undertakes to sign the necessary documents, and to have at each payment date sufficient funds for payment available via the chosen means of payment.

Adjustments and changes

Økotopen reserves the right to change the fee and other conditions of the Service. The change must be notified to the User no later than thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. In the event of such changes, the User is entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the day the change takes effect. If the User does not cancel the subscription before the change takes effect, it must be considered as acceptance of the change. Changes that are for the obvious benefit of the User apply immediately without the right of termination for the User.


Termination of the Service can take place at the end of the payment period of 1 month from the last payment. To terminate your agreement, you must use the link provided on the front page

Økotopen can receive online payments with; Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Paypal.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or reject the payment.

All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark – Kroner (DKK)

Økotopen uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders.

Økotopens own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.


The delivery time for your order is 1 – 3 working days.

Delivery area: We only deliver goods within Denmark ..

Økotopen sends goods with the following: PostNord – Business

Shipping is calculated based on weight.

You will be able to choose between having the package sent “without home delivery” or “with home delivery”.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can track your package, from our warehouse and home to you.

Right of withdrawal

A 14-day full right of withdrawal is given on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You will bear any return costs yourself.

Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after delivery and be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

Requests for the use of the right of withdrawal must be sent by email Jeser12@gmail.com, to which the standard cancellation form is requested to be filled in and sent with (cf. the form at the bottom of the terms and conditions).

The condition of the item upon return

You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and function. This means that you must try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Økotopen to assess the condition of the product.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right to make a complaint about products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right of complaint applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.

Complaint regarding defective products must be reported to Økotopen within a reasonable time after receipt. Here, max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint is waived by incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

Økotopen covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with Økotopen, we need the following information:

. Email address

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.

The personal information is registered with Økotopen and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and the employees of Økotopen have access to the information that is registered about you.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.

As registered with Økotopen, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this connection should be directed to Jeser12@gmail.com.

At www.okotopen.dk cookies are used for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, and thus make the visit as easy as possible for you.

Log statistics
We use a log statistic on www.okotopen.dk, which means that a statistics system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website it is left, etc.

The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing Økotopen’s website.

Opportunities for appeal

In the event of a complaint, our e-mail address must be stated: Jeser12@gmail.com and the website where you purchased the item.
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaints Portal for the House of Boards (Link).
For EU citizens outside the EU, complaints must be sent via the EU Commission’s online complaint platform.
